1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Client," "you," or "your") and AETHERLOGIK LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") regarding your use of our website, services, and any related applications or platforms.
By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our services.
2. Description of Services
AetherLogik provides AI-powered technology solutions designed specifically for law firms and legal professionals, including but not limited to:
- Legal document automation and form processing (I-130, I-485, real estate contracts, etc.)
- AI-powered intake chatbots and lead qualification systems
- Secure client portals and case management integrations
- Compliance and data protection solutions for legal practices
- Technology consulting for legal workflow optimization

AETHERLOGIK LLC provides technology tools and automation services, but does NOT provide legal advice and is NOT a law firm. The use of our services does not create an attorney-client relationship between AETHERLOGIK LLC and any user.
Our AI-generated documents and automated outputs are tools to assist licensed attorneys. All legal advice, case strategy, and final document review must be performed by a licensed attorney.
3. Service Availability and Third-Party Dependencies
3.1 Third-Party API Dependency
Our services depend on third-party Large Language Model (LLM) providers, including but not limited to OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and other AI service providers. We do not guarantee 100% uptime if these third-party providers experience outages, rate limits, or service interruptions.
3.2 Service Continuity
While we maintain redundancy systems and multiple provider relationships to maximize uptime, external factors beyond our control may temporarily affect service availability. We will provide reasonable notice of planned maintenance and work diligently to restore services during unplanned outages.
4. Eligibility and Account Registration
4.1 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into contracts to use our services.
4.2 Account Information
When you engage our services, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials.
5. Payment Terms
5.1 Fees and Pricing
Service fees will be specified in the applicable service agreement. All prices are in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
5.2 Late Payments
Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month. We reserve the right to suspend services for accounts with overdue payments.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
6.1 AETHERLOGIK LLC Ownership
AETHERLOGIK LLC retains all intellectual property rights in our automation workflows, proprietary methodologies, templates, AI prompts, system architectures, and underlying technology. These remain our exclusive property and are not transferred to the Client.
6.2 Client Data Ownership
The Client retains full ownership of their customer data, case information, documents, and any proprietary business information provided to us. We claim no ownership rights over Client data processed through our systems.
6.3 Work Product
Unless otherwise specified in a separate agreement, you will own the final deliverables and AI-generated outputs created specifically for you using your data.
7. Confidentiality
We agree to maintain the confidentiality of information shared with us and use it solely for the purpose of providing our services. For sensitive projects, we are willing to execute separate non-disclosure agreements.
8. AI Services and Accuracy Disclaimer
8.1 AI Tool Limitations
Our services utilize artificial intelligence. While we strive for high accuracy (98%+ in optimal conditions), AI systems are not infallible and may produce errors.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving all AI-generated outputs before submission to any court, government agency, client, or third party.
8.2 Ownership of AI Outputs
You retain full ownership of all documents and outputs generated by our AI systems using your data.
9. No Performance Guarantees

AETHERLOGIK LLC does not guarantee specific revenue increases, conversion rates, client acquisition numbers, or any particular business outcomes. Results vary based on numerous factors outside our control, including but not limited to:
- Market conditions and economic factors
- Client's existing business practices and systems
- Quality and completeness of data provided by Client
- Client's implementation and adoption of our recommendations
- Third-party service provider performance
- Regulatory changes affecting the legal industry
Any case studies, testimonials, or projected results shared are illustrative examples and do not constitute guarantees of similar performance for your specific situation.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AETHERLOGIK LLC's total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific services during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
11. Termination
11.1 Termination by Either Party
Either party may terminate ongoing services with 30 days' written notice.
11.2 Effect of Termination
Upon termination, you remain responsible for payment of all services rendered through the termination date.
12. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
