The process

Three steps. No surprises. You stay in control.

We run every project the same way — because it works, it is fair, and it leaves you with something you actually own.

The three steps in detail

Diagnosis

A 30-minute conversation with no agenda.

We ask about your business — not your tech stack. What slows you down, what you wish ran itself, what you've tried before and why it didn't stick.

We listen more than we talk. By the end of the call, we tell you the honest truth: what can actually be automated or improved with software, what would be a waste of money, and what we would do if we were in your position.

If it makes sense to work together, we say so. If it doesn't, we say that too.

No technical knowledge required. No pitch. No commitment.

Proposal

A clear, fixed-price proposal — no ambiguity.

We come back with a written proposal: exactly what we will build, in what order, over how many weeks, and what it costs. Fixed price. No hourly billing, no scope creep surprises.

We explain every line in plain language. If you have questions, we answer them until you are 100% clear on what you are buying.

We ask for 50% upfront to start, and 50% on delivery. No milestone billing, no retainer until the product is live.

50% to start. 50% on delivery. Fixed scope.

Delivery & handover

We ship. You get the product, the docs, and the keys.

We build and show you progress regularly. No 3-month black boxes. You see the product in a real browser at every stage and give feedback.

When we ship, you get three things: the working product, a written runbook in plain language, and a Loom video walkthrough of everything.

The code lives in your repository. The infrastructure is configured on your servers or ours — your choice. You can hand it to any developer, move it anywhere, or shut it down. It is yours.

Product + runbook + Loom. Code and infra fully yours.

How pricing works

AetherLogik works on fixed-price projects — not hourly rates. You know the cost before we write a line of code.

The structure is straightforward: 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. No ongoing retainer unless you choose to host with us, in which case we quote it separately and clearly.

We don't publish a price list because scope varies too much. A simple automation — connecting two tools, eliminating a manual step — typically takes 2 to 3 weeks. A full custom app typically runs 6 to 12 weeks. The exact cost for your project is set in a free discovery call where we scope the work together.

Every project includes code you own, a written runbook, and a Loom walkthrough — not just a delivery and a goodbye.

What if AetherLogik closes?

If AetherLogik closes tomorrow, your systems keep running — because you own the code and the infrastructure from day one.

The code lives in your repository from the first commit. The infrastructure runs on servers you control or servers you can migrate to any provider. AetherLogik is not the glue holding your system together. We build it so it stands on its own.

Compare that to tools like Zapier or Make: if you stop paying, the automation stops. If the platform changes its pricing, you're stuck. With our approach, the automation logic is yours — not locked inside a third-party subscription.

Every project delivery includes a written runbook and a Loom walkthrough. Your team can operate, edit, and hand off the system without us.

Ask any agency you're evaluating: who owns the code? That answer tells you everything.

Common questions

Answers to the questions you probably have.

How much does it cost to hire an AI automation agency?

AetherLogik works on fixed-price projects — the cost is agreed in writing before work starts, with no hourly charges or surprise invoices. The structure is 50% upfront, 50% on delivery. Exact pricing depends on scope and is set in a free discovery call, because a simple automation and a full custom app are very different projects.

What happens if AetherLogik closes — do I lose my system?

No. The code lives in your repository from the first commit, and the infrastructure runs on servers you control. AetherLogik is not a required middleman — we build the system so it runs independently. Every delivery also includes a written runbook and a Loom walkthrough so your team can operate without us.

How long does it take to see results from automation?

A simple automation — connecting two tools, eliminating a manual step — is typically ready in 2 to 3 weeks. A full custom app typically takes 6 to 12 weeks. The fastest result is often the first automated process: the first time a task your team did every day just happens on its own.

Do you work with non-technical clients?

That's our primary client. The process starts with a plain-language conversation about your business problem — not about technology. You explain what your business does and where the friction is; we translate that into a technical solution. No jargon required on your end.

What is the difference between your service and using Zapier or Make?

Zapier and Make are tools — someone still has to design, build, and maintain the workflows. AetherLogik handles all of that. We also use self-hosted tools like n8n, which means there's no monthly subscription that grows with your usage volume, and the automation logic stays in your infrastructure.
